Creative Movement Classes

  • Creative Movement I

    Creative Movement I is designed for students to experience the joy of movement. Students will learn the building blocks of dance in a fun, structured class where they can rely on a sequence of events/routines. Level one works at a measured pace placing emphasis on meticulously breaking apart a movement, step, or position and working towards putting a series of learned movements together to create a dance.

    Class length: 30 minutes

  • Creative Movement II

    Level II is ideal for students who enjoy learning at a slightly faster pace. This fun and structured class offers a dependable sequence of activities and routines, providing a sense of consistency. Students will build upon their knowledge of movements, steps, and positions, working toward creating and executing dance combinations.

    Class length: 30 minutes

Ballet Classes

  • Level I

    Designed for young dancers beginning their ballet journey. Dancers will work on basic ballet fundamentals such as foundational technique, musicality, terminology, and flexibility.

    Class length: 30 minutes

  • Level II

    For young dancers who already have a ballet foundation, this class will continue to expand students ballet vocabulary while introducing various ballet methods and providing basic dance history.

    Class length: 30 minutes

  • Level III

    Intermediate-level ballet will provide a more challenging curriculum and repertoire while encouraging and nurturing dancers to think more academically and artistically.

    Class length: 60 minutes

  • Level IV

    This intermediate/advanced class will be focused on ensuring solid technical execution, memorizing repertoire, and expanding artistic growth.

    Class length: 90 minutes

  • Level V

    Tailored to pre-professional dancers, the focus of this class is on nuanced correction and artistic choices pulling from various learned technical methods and repertoire.

    Class length: 90 minutes

Pointe Classes

  • Pointe I

    Serving as an introduction to pointe work, this class will help beginning pointe students develop foot articulation to allow them to adapt to pointe work technique. Enrollment in ballet technique classes are required to reserve a spot in this class. Studio owner must assess and approve each dancer’s readiness for pointe.

    Class length: 30 minutes

  • Pointe II

    Level II pointe technique serves as an intermediate level pointe class and will focus on continued strength and technique. Enrollment in ballet technique classes are required to reserve a spot in this class. Studio owner must assess and approve each dancer’s readiness for pointe.

    Class length: 60 minutes

  • Pointe III

    This class is dedicated to advanced pointe work, emphasizing precision, detail, and artistry. Enrollment in ballet technique classes are required to reserve a spot in this class. Studio owner must assess and approve each dancer’s readiness for pointe.
